One of my favorite times of the year is approaching, and I’m not talking opening day for baseball but rather something not too far behind. It’s the college tourney that starts on Thursday.

It’s tough trying to figure out who will win this year. There’s no clear standout this season. Kansas may be the best team but their midwest region is so  packed that if they get out of there they should win but it won’t be an easy road.

I always hope for a George MasoViln story to happen every year, to me that creates a better tourney, than one where they are a few upsets like last year. Who will be in the final four this year? Here are my picks:

Villanova

West Virginia

Syracuse

Kansas

I think Syracuse can win it all this year.

By the way, it would be very very nice if ODU can beat Notre Dame. I can never get enough ND loses. Go Monarchs!
